Yes, we do! In fact, our products are produced in multiple locations around the world, and your order will be shipped from the location nearest you. Learn more on our shipping policy page.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

In some cases, yes. We accept returns within 21 days if your product arrives damaged or otherwise defective. Find out more on our refund policy page.

How do I purchase an astrological almanac or calendar?

Please visit our other website, honeycomb.co, to create your personal astrological almanac featuring artwork from the designers in our art store.

    Who is Honeycomb Collective?

We are a small team of astrologers with design and technology skills who seek to create innovative tools and experiences for the astrological community. Learn more about us at honeycomb.co/about.

How do you set your prices?

We collaborate with our artist community to determine the retail prices they feel best represent their effort and skill in creating their designs. A portion of the price that you pay will cover the costs of producing the product, and a portion will go to Honeycomb in exchange for managing this website and marketing the products, but the majority of the profits from each purchase will go to the artists themselves.

How do I flatten a curly poster?

If your art poster arrives in a packing tube and does not lie flat, there are two simple methods for removing the shipping curl (check out this quick video from Design Different for details):

Option 1: Carefully roll the poster in the opposite direction from its curl and tape or rubber band it to its shipping tube. Let it rest for one hour. Lay it out flat, and the curl should be removed. (Don't leave it for too long, or it will now be curled in this new direction!)
Option 2: Lay the poster flat on a clean surface and carefully place a heavy book on each corner. Let it rest for 24 hours. Remove the books, and the curl should now be removed. (Try placing a cloth between the poster and the books to make sure the poster does not get scratched or marked.)
